Víno intenzívnej tmavočervenej farby. Jeho krásna vôňa posušených slivkách a jemnej škorici mu dáva pravý odrodový charakter.

Celkové kyseliny: 4,57 g/l

Alkohol. 12,0 %

Teplota skladovania. 12 - 14 ^oC

Teplota podávania: 16 - 18 ^oC

Southern Slovakia wine region. Wine village Okoč.

Parents are well know Blaufränkisch and St. Lawrence. Wine took from them to the rim the charming gifts, crimson red colour and aroma of violets. In the taste you will find the cherry flavour on the vanilla base.

Serve to: roast lamb, poultry steaks, grilled sirloin, matured cheeses with a blue mold, ...and cheers.

Alibernet is a modern aristocrat of cabernet type, exactly to our conditions. In colour intensity is this wine definite the leader. Aroma is from blackberry.  Taste will serve you the dark berries on the barrique base.

Serve to: Deer steak, baked prunes with bacon, grilled cutlets with onion and roasted potatoes, ... and cheers.
